Jennifer Tripp

VP Customer Success

Jennifer is a healthcare leader with deep experience developing, launching, and scaling behavioral health capabilities for health plans and outpatient behavioral health provider organizations, resulting in increased revenue, decreased cost of care, better member experiences, and improved quality of care. As the VP, Customer Success, she is responsible for supporting business development, account management, marketing strategy alignment, and new business implementation.

Prior to Janus, Jennifer was at Array Behavioral Care and was responsible for leading and executing the payer and strategic account growth strategy. She also led behavioral health strategy and product initiatives for companies including Carelon, Elevance, and Magellan. 

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and a BA from Duke University. She resides in FL with her husband, children, and her coton de tulear dog.
